Woke is the past tense of wake, and that’s all it should be.
Political activism doesn’t belong in editing.
The time to assert preference is before the editing relationship begins.
I’ll never try to make your words politically correct or fit a globalist agenda.
Editorial Services for Every Need
Manuscript Editing
Every book needs an editor’s touch. Whether fiction, non-fiction, or memoir, editing goes beyond finding typos or fixing awkward sentences. An editor reveals the heart and soul of a work, freeing it from anything that might hold it back. Manuscript editing services include developmental editing, line editing, and proofreading.
Blog Post Editing
Even a blog post needs more than a run through Grammarly to make it shine. You have to consider readability and SEO if you want to climb higher on the search engine results page (SERP). That means proper formatting, paragraph length, and the appropriate use of H1, H2, and H3 header tags. Don’t hit publish before making your blog post all it can be.
Marketing Materials Editing
Marketing materials are a vital part of running a business. They include hard copy items like business cards, signs, and brochures, plus digital ones like emails, press releases, and social posts. First impressions count, so don’t let a typo or other mistake give your customers the wrong idea.
Meet the Editor

Sara has over a decade of experience writing, editing, and formatting books, blogs, and marketing materials. She’ll take clients the mainstream would prefer to silence and use as many “gendered” or “biased” terms as you want.
Born in Ohio, Sara moved to the mountains of West Virginia for the sake of love. She’s started a family (one daughter so far!) to go with the family farm and will homeschool all of her children. Since she’s never set foot in an educational facility, Sara is quite confident she can teach her children just as well as her parents taught her.
Sic Semper Tyrannis
I stand for tradition.
I don’t like what’s happening to our language, our culture, and our society. If you don’t either, you’ve found the right editor.
I use the rules of grammar as they’ve always been, with no “gender-neutral” language or using “them” to refer to a single person.
Use all the “biased” language you want – just allow the Oxford comma and don’t ever use “fleek” in my presence.
By staying outside the system, we can make “cancel culture” irrelevant.
